Permanent magnets-These are magnets that once made,remains as magnet for a long time.Materials used for making.Permanent magnet are steel,cobalt.
Temporary magnet-These are magnet once made remains as a magnet for a short interval of time.The materials used for making this type of magnet are-soft iron,nickel etc.
